I absolutely love the app! It has improved dearly! It is fast and efficient and I like the details on the properties! I truly hope as an long time SPG elite member, that Starwood will prevail with the best direction for us their valued SPG Elite members! You are gracious and very professional! Keep it up!

I use this app often to book my hotels and havent had any problems. Runs smoothly and makes booking really easy! Totally recommend! :)

Ive never had a problem with this App, I love it! Very easy to use to book a stay or check your point balance. Insist booked a last minute stay. I love the convenience of having this available on my phone.

I often search hotel rates on SPG, Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt hotel apps, and the SPG app is the easiest one to search for all 3 rate types (AAA, free night, & Gov) I usually book.

Easy to book rooms, see upcoming reservations, Starwood points all in one place. Plus once I check in I can see my room number.

This is a very functional app. For spg members it offers easy ways to use points for free nights. It assumes you are making a reservation for the same night. This is very efficient if thats what you want. Recently though I forgot to enter the desired date and this resulted in making a non-cancellable, same night reservation with a $700 penalty! Luckily I was able to reach a real person at the hotel who was nice enough to make the necessary change. Suggestion: offer an "Are you sure?" when an app user is about to make a non-cancellable reservation.

Use it to keep track of my stays as well as book them. Gives you full rundown of hotels available in the area you are looking as well as all room choices.

The spg app gets the job done but it could be better. Theres often spg propaganda about booking through the app but the spg team should place better deals via the app to promote it.

Comparing to Marriott, IHG, and Carlson Club, this app is the best

If you dont need to be in the center of the city but only a few miles away, this is the best value for your buck.

Good overall App. Lets me do everything Id expect in a hotel app. Easy to find and make reservations. Easy to manage my profile and reward program.

I like the Starwood app. Its very efficient. I would likely give it five stars if I were able to access The receipts for my stays.

Tried booking online and had issues, so opened the app and booked a room in less than 1 minute!! Way better than the web!
