Easy to use

I am very happy with the SPG app. I am able to check my SPG points and directly use my points to make a reservation. I believe it is a little bit slow even with a good internet access.

Still buggy

It is getting better but still buggy. I.e. If you enter a local cell instead of one that match your profile in your country of residence, it will report an error. The error message is also not directly related to the issue requiring a long time to find out how to bypass the issue

SPG Res System ROCKS!

Just used their mobile reservation tool (app) and it was super easy (even updating my CC and preferences), very intuitive (found my hotel as 1st entry), and FAST (text reply in <5 seconds). Love well made tools!!!

Best rates! Easy use

I find it very convenient and easy to use the app. I have booked rooms in as little as 2-3min while in the lobby and got the cheapest rates!

Starwood needs to hire some quality assurance people

Marriott better take this app and technology more seriously as this version is quite bad. I use it to track my progress to elite status and its never current. I quit the app and go back in, still not current. Useless. I have to go to the website to see my current number of stays and nights and that makes zero sense. The qa department should be fired or perhaps nobody at Marriott or Starwood is using the app themselves the way a customer would.

Just opened the app, searched for a city, and booked a hotel with rewards points in 3 minutes, fabulous app would highly recommend to others!

I like dealing directly with companies, and this app makes it easy to make reservations, contact support or anything else I need when I travel.

Best Hotel App Out There

I travel a lot and use this app multiple times a day. This app is fully dynamic and is the best available hotel app of any of the brands. Shows best rates easily when booking and the features of the stays and functionality within the app is excellent. If I could change something it would be to be able to search cities that dont have an SPG property to see how close the nearest SPG property is - the Hilton app can do that, but that is the only advantage of that app. Also, the cancellation process of this app isnt the smoothest (copying to clipboard and sending to external site) Ive only successfully completed this once and often resort to calling my ambassador. This is the best hotel app on the market and is definitely worth every bit of a five star rating.

was the new update ever tested? do something , it has been broken for so many days now !

In the submission page the room description did not include what type of bed.

Overall good, could be better

Easy to use. Wish there was a "suggestion" section that you could use key words like "northeast" and would give you options throughout the NE US. Maybe there is and I havent found it.

Solution to crash

I was able to resolve the crash issue by uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and then reinstalling the app from the AppStore. This seems to fix the launch crash issue that I was having.

Super easy and functional

Fantastic app. I book almost all of my hotel stays with this app. Very easy to manage bookings and SPG points. And now they offer keyless. Please dont mess it up when you merge with Marriott!
