Feature-rich, colorful, intuitive menus. Very nice!

It works great, never crashes. I make all my reservations through it without a problem. Love it!

One of the only travel apps I use. Simple to book rooms - much faster than the SPG website.

Never keeps logged-on, asks password constantly. Doesnt accept correct passwords, locks the account (over and over again). I book at Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn all the time because their apps work like a charm. Useless.

Awesome app, use it all the time. The keyless entry option is fantastic!

App works great when making a new booking. But for changes it is useless. Much easier to cancel everything and book again, or call in.

Makes reserving and managing reservations a pain free experience!

The app doesnt open - doesnt work - doesnt anyone test these things - what a pathetic waste of time.

This is such an easy app to use. Took less then 5 minutes to find a room and book it!

Terrible app: almost zero functionalities, basically a promotional window featuring irrelevant destinations. But nothing to support business travellers in any way.

So easy to book using cash or points. Was able to cancel one reservation made using points and they were credited back instantly, then booked a new room on the other side of the planet. Really a tremendous service.

Great long term staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right
